British Columbia Lung Association The B.C. Lung Association has an excellent Web site that includes information on COPD and how it can be effectively managed.

This Web site contains the BreathWorksTM program, which includes the following valuable resources:
- Canadian Lung Health Test
- BreathWorks PRIME Plan, which outlines the five goals that are important in managing your COPD
- A BreathWorks Coach will answer your question about COPD or managing COPD via e-mail
- BreathWorks Helpline provides answers to your questions about specific COPD-related issues, such as your medications, exercises, supplemental oxygen or caregiving. You can request free educational materials including the BreathWorks Plan, information about respiratory rehabilitation programs and COPD support groups available in your community.
