Communicable Disease Prevention, Harm Reduction and Mental Health Promotion

Communicable Disease Prevention, Harm Reduction and Mental Health Promotion (CHM) is a branch of the Population and Public Health Division of the Ministry of Health. CHM manages provincial oversight of BC's immunization program, problematic substance use prevention, blood-borne pathogens including HIV/AIDS, mental health promotion and harm reduction strategies.
