An applicant for a license for a category listed in Column 1 of the table below must pay the license fee shown opposite in Column 2, 3, or 4, as applicable. All cheques submitted in payment of the required fee (per table below) must be made payable to:

Minister of Finance for the Province of British Columbia

An EMA licensed in a category listed in Column 1 of the table below whose license is renewed must pay the license renewal fee shown opposite in Column 5.
