Transferring Credits
If you have more than 20 continuing education credits, but do not have 20 patient contacts, you may transfer your excess education credits to patient contacts on a one to one basis.
To transfer credits, submit the Continuing Education Transfer Request form.
Important Thing to Know
- You cannot transfer excess patient contacts to continuing education credits.
The system does not safeguard against transferring too many credits. This could leave you in shortfall of continuing education credits. It’s your responsibility to keep track.
