Important Thing to Know

Applicants who have never held a British Columbia EMR, PCP, ACP, CCP or ITT licence are required to complete the B.C. jurisprudence examination.

The B.C. jurisprudence examination is an online, open book exam.
The exam covers components of the EMA Regulations, EMA licensing policies, the Emergency and Health Services Act, the Good Samaritan Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.
There are 25 questions and the passing grade is 70 per cent.
There are unlimited numbers of attempts permitted to successfully pass this exam.
