Applying for Licensure in British Columbia – Complete a Paramedic Training program within B.C.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL IN ALL EVALUATION COMPONENTS:

Once all components of your licensing evaluations are successfully complete (written, jurisprudence and practical exams) your license will be issued within three weeks of completion of the final component and mailed to your home address.

Notification of your licensure will be sent to the employer you recorded on your Application for License form, as will any license status changes in the future. As per the EMA Licensing Regulations, you are required to notify this office of any employer for which you use your EMA license and any changes to employment. You are also required to advise EMA Licensing of any changes to address, telephone and email address.

Congratulations! You are now a licensed EMA in British Columbia!
