Applying for Licensure in British Columbia – Complete a Paramedic Training program outside of B.C. but no license is currently held.
FORMS
An Application for Registration form
A Professional Experience Record form
An Information on Basic Paramedic Education and Request for Transcript form
from all the training agencies from which you wish your training to be considered. You must fill out Part A of these forms and have each training agency fill out Part B and return to us directly.
Official Transcripts
must be sent directly to the EMA LB office from the above training agencies. Copies will not be accepted, nor will copies that are sent from the applicant.
Verification of Paramedic Registration form
You must fill out part A of this form and mark “not licensed’ in part B.
Criminal Record Check
An Application for License Form
A recent (1 year old or less) colour photo of yourself is also required and will be used on your licence once it is issued.
