This page documents recent changes made to the policies contained in the Home and Community Care Policy Manual. Policy updates will be printed in red type.
February 1, 2012
Previous Chapter 7 repealed and replaced with revised Chapter 7 effective February 1, 2012. Updates to revised Chapter 7 are both general and specific including:
- Amended Policy 7.B.1: Unpaid charges policy removed because it was duplicating the Ministry of Health financial management policy for health authorities regarding debt collection;
- Policy 7.B.2: updated annual monthly client rate amounts for Family Care Home and Residential Care Services; and
- Policy 7.C.1: updated annual daily rate amount for Short-Term Residential Care Services.
