Planned MSP Service Interruption December 6-9, 2014

Please be advised that updates to your Medical Services Plan (MSP) account cannot be completed on the following days:

  • Friday December 8
  • Monday December 9

The Ministry of Health is replacing the MSP computer system during this time. Agents will be able to access your MSP account for information only, but will not be able to complete changes to your account. This includes making any changes to your personal information, such as address changes.

For full service, please contact Health Insurance BC up to and including Friday, December 5th or after Wednesday, December 10th.

This planned service interruption may have impacts to BC Services Card requests during this period. For more details, please visit BCServicesCard.ca.
