If your question is related to your MSP account or of an urgent nature, you will receive faster service by phoning Health Insurance BC. A customer service representative will be available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m pacific time, Monday to Friday.

An automated service is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide limited information about your MSP account, and general information about MSP benefits and services.

SERVICE BC CENTRES

Located throughout B.C., Service BC Centres have MSP pamphlets and forms on hand and will accept completed forms on behalf of MSP. These offices provide information on enrollment, premium assistance and the status of your MSP account. They also accept address changes, premium payments and CareCard replacement fees.

MSP premium billing is administered by the Ministry of Small Business and Revenue, through Revenue Services of British Columbia.
