TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE SERVICE is available from anywhere in North America

If your question is related to your MSP coverage or of an urgent nature, you will receive faster service by phoning Health Insurance BC. A customer service representative will be available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m pacific time, Monday to Friday.

An automated service is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide general information about MSP benefits and services.

NOTE: Invoices for MSP premiums are issued by Revenue Services of British Columbia. If your question concerns an invoice, a payment you’ve made, payment options or collection activity, contact Revenue Services of British Columbia.

SERVICE BC CENTRES

Located throughout B.C., Service BC Centres have MSP pamphlets and forms on hand and will accept completed forms on behalf of MSP. These offices provide information on enrolment, renewal of enrolment, getting a BC Services Card, Premium Assistance and the status of your MSP account. They also accept address changes and premium payments.
