If your question is related to your MSP coverage or of an urgent nature, you will receive faster service by phoning Health Insurance BC. A customer service representative will be available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m pacific time, Monday to Friday.
An automated service is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide general information about MSP benefits and services.
