MSP for Group Plan Administrators

Employers, unions and pension plans may administer Medical Services Plan (MSP) benefits on behalf of their members and members' dependents.

To obtain information and a Third Party Registration form for establishing a group billing plan, see New Company Information.

To obtain group applications, group change forms and others, call the MSP Forms-by-Fax line at 250 356-9646 or see online forms at Group Applications.

Group plan administrators can conduct online transactions for MSP group accounts using the MSP Direct electronic business service. For information or to register, go to MSP Direct.

MSP premium billing is administered by the Ministry of Finance, through Revenue Services of British Columbia. See that Ministry's web site under Medical Services Plan Invoicing for information on invoicing, payment options, interest, etc.
