Employers, unions and pension plans may administer Medical Services Plan (MSP) benefits on behalf of their members and members' dependents.

Group plan administrators can conduct online transactions for MSP group accounts using the MSP Direct electronic business service. For information or to register, go to MSP Direct.
MSP premium billing is administered by the Ministry of Small Business and Revenue, through Revenue Services of British Columbia. See that Ministry's web site under Information for Group Plan Administrators for information on invoicing and payment, including electronic banking.
