Medicare Protection Act and Regulations

Medical Services Plan (MSP) is administered under the Medicare Protection Act
and Regulations (1996). Crown Publications Inc. is the sales agent for all B.C.

Collection and Use of Personal
Information
Personal information is collected under the authority
of the Medicare Protection Act and is used to determine eligibility for Ministry
of Health Services programs available to residents of B.C. This information is protected
and accessible under the Freedom
of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and is treated with the utmost
