The MSP website includes the complete set of specifications for billing software vendors interested in upgrading their software to support the Primary Health Care data submission requirements. The complete MSP Teleplan Specifications are available online. Primary Health Care specific requirements are included as Appendix C (PDF 170K) of the Teleplan Specifications.

Visit the MSP website, Medical Services Plan (MSP) Forms for Practitioners for complete information on registering physicians with MSP. For most PHCOs, all that is required to setup a new physician is to complete the MSP "Assignment of Payment" Form (PDF 115K) to assign the physician's practitioner number to the PHCO's MSP Payee Number.
