Clinical Services Associated With Prescription Adaptation AgreementTo qualify for payment of clinical services fees, all B.C. pharmacies are required to sign this agreement and return it to PharmaCare Information Support by mail or fax. Pharmacies who signed the agreement before March 31, 2009, are reimbursed for clinical services fees from January 1, 2009, or the date their pharmacy began participating in the PharmaCare program.
