(once deductible reached)
Annual Family Maximum:
  $ % $

Deductible: Your family is responsible for 100% of costs until your eligible prescription and medical supply costs reach your deductible. Once your family reaches this amount, PharmaCare assists your family by paying a percentage of further eligible expenses for the rest of the calendar year.

PharmaCare portion: PharmaCare will pay a portion of your prescription costs after you reach your deductible. Your family will pay only the remaining cost. For example, if the PharmaCare portion is 70%, your family would need to pay the remaining 30% of your eligible prescription costs until you reach your Annual Family Maximum.

Annual Family Maximum: The Annual Family Maximum protects your family from excessively high expenses. Once your contributions towards eligible prescription costs reach this amount, PharmaCare pays 100% of your further eligible expenses for the rest of the year.
