Download Acrobat Reader

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view some of the files in this survey. To download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader click here . Install Adobe Acrobat Reader into your program or applications files. Restart your computer after installation is complete.

Once you have installed Acrobat Reader onto your computer you will be able to view .pdf files within your browser.

Select .pdf File

To view a .pdf file, select a button that specifies a .pdf file and size. Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically launch within your internet browser. The .pdf file will download into the Acrobat Reader. Use the magnifying glass to read the document.

Print .pdf File

Once you've downloaded the .pdf file and are able to read the file within your browser, simply select the print button on your internet browser to print the document.
